Terms & Conditions

The following general terms and conditions apply to all Claim Eazy’s prize promotions unless superseded by the specific terms of any individual prize promotion.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by them.

Eligibility: This competition is open to UK and ROI residents, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, unless otherwise stated in the relevant prize promotions competition post. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates are not eligible to enter this competition.

Prize Promotions: In respect to each prize draw, how to enter, the number of overall winners, and prize details, are as described in the relevant Email or Social Media post. Only one entry per person and all entrants must have a valid email address. No entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all the entry instructions. The prize draw is free to enter, without obligation to purchase or agree to a service.

Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there are no cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value, if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available here. 

Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer, or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries. The closing date for entries is 11:45pm, on the date specified in the relevant communication.

Selection of Winner(s): The winner(s) will be chosen at random from all eligible entries, which are submitted to the Promoter.

Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received.

Winner’s Details: Details of the winner will be obtainable within 28 days of the closing date on request by writing to the Promoter. Winners must inform the Promoter if they wish to decline publication of this information. The winners may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.

General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. If an insufficient number of entrants is received the Promoter can withdraw the competition. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
