What if I have a complaint about your service?

If you are at any point dissatisfied with the service you receive please contact us via phone on 0161 850 2620, email complaints@claimeazy.com or in writing to our Complaints Manager, Claim Eazy, Claim Eazy, Unit 1, Century Park, Pacific Road, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 5BJ. We will respond in accordance to our complaints procedure which is outlined on our website at www.claimeazy.com.

Will this claim affect my relationship with my bank?

No. The Financial Conduct Authority does not allow any company to disadvantage a customer because they have made a complaint.

Do I need to provide account number?

No. We can find these for you. However, if you do have them to hand or paperwork showing PPI was paid on an account please do provide this information as it can speed up the process.

What if I can’t remember the banks I’ve had accounts with?

Visit www.noddle.co.uk - this free for life credit report service will allow you to check your credit history and lender details.

Do I need to provide account number and sort code?

Providing the account number and sort code does speed up the process but is not essential. If you do not have this information we can request it on your behalf. Any questions, please contact us on 0161 850 2620.
